After our system upgrade, there will be several changes to your existing account number. First, your “current account number” will now be called a “member number.”

Second, each individual account that you have (Savings, Checking, Loan, etc.) will have its own unique account number.

Note: If you have pre-authorized debits and/or credits from your account, they will continue to process as usual.

If you set up any new automatic debits and/or credits, please use your new account number.

If you have more than one “current account number,” only one “member number” will be assigned based on your lowest account number. You will be able to access all of your accounts (Savings, Checking, Loan, etc.) by using your “member number.” See example below:

Note: If you currently have multiple accounts, you should have received additional information regarding your situation. Account number changes
will not affect your NCUA insurance coverage. After our System Upgrade, you can choose to have your multiple statements combined into one
easy-to-read statement.
