If you are currently enrolled in CSCU Direct, you will need to use a temporary password the first time you log in after the upgrade. Please note that you will still use your existing User ID as your Sign-On ID. You will need to use a temporary password which will consist of the last four digits of your Social Security Number. After this initial login, you will be prompted to change your password and enter a current email address. Along with our new system upgrade comes many great benefits for users of our CSCU Direct Internet Banking including:

• Viewing All Accounts – In our new system users will be able to view all of their accounts including accounts where you are a joint account holder.

• Forgotten Password Recovery – With our new system you will be able to set up a challenge question. You can then simply answer your challenge question and your password will be emailed to you.

• Email Alerts – Our new system will allow you to set up email alerts to notify you of various events including the clearing of a check, your balance falling below an amount, a reminder to pay a bill, and more.

• A New “Account Register” – This easy to read format allows you to see your accounts and transactions. You can also utilize this as an online check register where you can add checks as you write them. Once a check clears, it will reconcile with the entry you added to the register.

• Scheduled Transfers – Now you can schedule a one-time or recurring transfer between accounts.

• Stop Payments – You can use our new system to stop a check you have written. (Fee will apply to this service.)

• Support For Quicken® & Microsoft® Money – Our new system allows you to download your account information directly into the latest versions of Quicken and Microsoft Money.
