If you currently use our Telephone Banking system, you will need to use your Member Number as your login. Please note that your password has been temporarily changed to the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. Once you enter the system, you will be prompted to select a new password. Please make note of your new password.

• Voice Commands – Our new system allows you to choose between using your voice or your touch-tone keypad to access your accounts.

• Menus Customized for You – Our new system will automatically customize your telephone menu options so you only hear the options that apply directly to your accounts. This will make the menu options shorter and quicker to navigate.


Q: If I already use Telephone Banking, will my login change?
A: The first time you log in after our system upgrade you will need to use your Member Number as your ID, plus the last four digits of your Social Security Number as your temporary password.
