During our System Upgrade, it will be necessary for our system to be shut down. This will temporarily limit access to all accounts. We apologize for this inconvenience, but hope that the following schedule will help you to plan for this event.

During our conversion weekend you can continue to use:
• ATM & Debit Cards at all ATMs and merchants
• VISA® Card for transactions
• Personal Checks
• Service Center shared branch locations (Click here for a list of locations)

Upgrade Timeline
All CSCU offices and drive-thrus will be closed from 6:00 p.m. on Friday, April 11 through 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 15, 2008. On Monday, April 14, our Call Center will be open normal business hours:
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
CSCU Direct Internet Banking, Bill Payment, and Telephone Banking will be unavailable from
6:00 p.m. on Friday, April 11 through Sunday, April 13, 2008.
